Lead Instructor
Anthony Erickson
Anthony is certified in numerous areas by the NRA as an
instructor and training counselor. Tony is a United States
Army veteran. Tony founded Bullseyes to Badguys in
2005. He attends at least three training courses per year
as a student to advance his skills and is a certified Use of
Deadly Force instructor.
Anthony is a member of International Association of Law
Enforcement Firearms Instructors. He is also a Life
Member of American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars,
and Gun Owners of America. Tony is a competitive
shooter in both semi-auto and revolver. He is currently
employed with U P Couriers as the firearms training
officer. Tony is a Patron member of the NRA. His gun of
choice is the Glock 34 in 9mm.

Senior Instructor
Michael Fedrizzi
Mike joined the Bullseyes team in 2007. He currently
holds numerous certifications from the NRA and is a
Massad Ayoob Group instructor for pistol. Mike’s skill
with the precision rifle is that of legends. Mike has
trained with Spartan Tactical, Midwest Training Group,
and is also a certified Glock Armorer.
Mike is a competitive shooter, lifelong hunter, and is
currently employed as an armed security guard by U.P.
Couriers. Mike is a Life Member of the NRA. His gun of
choice is the Glock 22 in 40 S&W.

Senior Instructor
Jon Niggeling
Jon joined the Bullseyes team in 2008. He holds numerous
certifications from the NRA and is a certified staff
instructor for Massad Ayoob Group for rifle and pistol. He
is the shotgun instructor of the group and rarely misses a
clay when competing. He is one of the team’s two left-
handed shooters. Jon is a competitive shooter and avid
predator hunter.
He is the team’s top qualifier with the AR15 platform at all
the many trainings that he has attended with that weapon
system. Jon is a Life Member of the NRA. His gun of
choice is Smith and Wesson M&P in 9mm.

Gary Smith
Gary joined the team in 2012. His expertise is large bore
rifle. Gary is one of the two team members from the State
of Wisconsin and is always on top of any laws changing
for firearms in his home state. He is always toward the
top of the leaderboard at any competition. He is a lifelong
whitetail deer hunter.
Smith is a Certified Taser instructor. Gary is also a Life
Member of the NRA. His gun of choice is the Springfield
Armory XDM in 9mm.

David Quandt
David joined the team in 2012 and is the long-range
shooter of the group. His love for pistols is only second to
his love of the AR-10. He passed the Appleseed RIFLEMAN
qualification in 2014. Quandt is a Certified Taser
Instructor. He competes regularly with his 1911 and his
Glock 9mm.
Snowshoe rabbits are Dave's hunt of choice. David is a
Life Member of the NRA. His gun of choice is his Para GI
Issue in 45 ACP.

Andy Plumley
Andy joined the team in 2012 and holds numerous
instructor credentials with the NRA, Michigan Hunter
Safety, and is also a 4H instructor for the area youth.
Andy’s 4H team has taken home first place in the State of
Michigan from 2011 to 2014. Andy is one of the teams
four AR-15 instructors.
Andy and his two sons regularly compete in both revolver
and semi-auto classes. His gun of choice is the Glock 34 in
9mm.

Marci Piccuci
Marci was recruited in 2014. Since her start with the team,
she has attended every additional training that our team
has to offer. She gained her Shotgun Certification before
even starting with the team. Marci attended Project
Appleseed in 2014 and looks forward to adding rifle
instructor to her resume soon. Her gun of choice is the
Springfield Armory XDM in 9mm.

Kristy Plaswirth
Kristy joined the team in 2016. Her history is with
instruction of martial arts. Her gun of choice is the Smith
and Wesson Shield in 9mm.

Adam joined the team in 2016. He is currently employed
in the law enforcement field. He is also one of the two
instructors from Wisconsin.

Amy Glasheen
Apprentice Instructor
Katherine Erickson
Katherine is the team’s youngest instructor. She took first
place in the 4H State of Michigan Tournament in 2015.
She was also the youngest female in the country to pass
the qualification at a Project Appleseed shoot. She has
constantly dominated the ladies division for pistol in the
Upper Peninsula. She shoots 600-yard matches with her
AR-15 and also attends tactical AR-15 classes for speed at
close ranges. Her gun of choice is the Smith and Wesson
M&P Julie Golob edition in 9mm.
